Indiana Jones vs. Han Solo

As of late there have been a lot of news about Han Solo and Indiana Jones coming out. While we wait for the official announcement on who the next Han Solo is, and more info on the next Indiana Jones, why don’t we pit them against each other?

Han Solo

Real Name: Han Solo

Base of Operations: Spacer (spends more time in space than on any one planet)

Bio: since Han Solo’s entire life has been retconned, we have to guess. Traditionally, Han solo was a pilot in the Imperial Navy, who lost his rank and was kicked out due to an incident where he broke rank to save a Wookie.

Indiana Jones

Real Name: Henry Jones Jr.

Base of operation: stationed at Barnett College

Bio: from a young age, Indiana Jones has traveled the world to learn as much about the world as he could. A star, record-breaking athlete and former military agent for the United States and France; Indiana Jones is more than a formidable advisory for any enemy.

The battle:

The Falcon careened past the planets of the new galaxy discovered by the Rebel Alliance during their latest surveying mission. Han and Chewie were sent to check out a newer planet that may be able to support life.

“The Falcon is running low on fuel. I hope there’s a working civilization on that planet, otherwise we’re gonna be stuck here for a while”

“RHHHHGEH” agreed Chewie.

“Let’s find a place to land. That looks like a safe spot, there. On the bigger continent. We’ll land by that river there, we should be able to find a settlement there.”

The Falcon lands in the jungle near the Nile River, crushing several trees next the ship. When trees fall in the jungle, they do make a sound. Especially if an adventurer is nearby to hear it.

“What is that?” thought Indiana Jones to himself. He starts walking to the sound.

Han and Chewie exit the ship.
“Huh, this place looks a lot like Endor. I saw some kind of settlement just south of here. It looked abandoned but I think we can find something there to re-fuel with.”

As our two star trekkers travel south, our intrepid explorer comes from the north to discover the Falcon.

Indiana goes through the ship. He finds the cockpit. Indy sits in Han Solo’s chair. A strange chill makes the hairs on the back of Indy’s neck raise.

“What are you doing in my chair?”

Indy raises his head, turns and finds Han Solo staring at him blaster in hand. Han is taken back by the physical similarities in the two of them. Indy takes this moment to push Han into the co-pilots seat and books it for the door. Several blaster shots fire after him, missing their mark and hitting the wall of the Falcon.

“Dang it, I just had that replaced.” Said Han under his breath.

Outside, Han searches for the thief that was trying to steal the Falcon. At this time, Indy is on top of the ship. He throws a rock at Han, hitting his blaster. Han turns and pulls a com link off his belt “activate light shields”. An invisible bubble builds up around the falcon, throwing Indiana off the top. Han grabs the blaster off the ground and aims it at Indy. Indy takes his whip and throws the gun again against the ground.

A fist fight ensues, both heroes taking as many blows as they deal out. Han has taken the upper hand, and Indy throws the both of them into the river. The two careened through the white water when Indy throws his whip up against a tree branch, pull himself out of the river. Down the river about 20 yards, Chewbacca pulls Han out of the water.

“Where is that guy? I have unfinished business with him!

Indy has disappeared.

Winner: Indiana Jones
