The fans have spoken! here is the saturday showdown between Laura Croft and Indana Jones. enjoy!

Indiana Jones

Name: Dr. Henry Jones Jr.

Base of operations: Barnett College, NY.

Bio:

Having traveled the world from a young age, Indiana Jones has learned the ways of dozens of cultures and learned several of their languages. His knowledge combined with his star athlete abilities make him able to overcome any challenge or obstacle he might come in contact with.

Laura Croft

Bio:

On a quest to restore her father’s reputation as an archaeologist, Laura has studied her father’s journals and became one of the strongest archaeologists in her field. Combine that with her family fortune and she has become one of the better, if not the best, adventurers of her generation.

The Battle:

Indiana Jones and his assistant Marcus have just found the golden helmet of Cortez.

“Calm Down Marcus. We are just about out, we have the artifact, what can possibly happen?”

Up above the caves moist cavern was the possible happenings.

“That man in the fedora is in the way of the artifact. I’ve got to get that from him.”

Laura inches along the cave wall and knocks down a couple pebbles. Laura swore under her breath as Indiana jones cocks his head to the side. With lightning speed, Indiana cracks his whip which grabs auras leg and pulls her down off the cavern.

“Marcus! Get the artifact out of here, I’ll hold her off!” shouts Indiana to his trusted friend. Marcus books it out of the cave and runs down the hill towards the aquatic airplane anchored in the river below.

Laura quickly pulls out a machine gun and starts barraging the floor in front of Dr. Jones. Indy takes cover behind a rock wall. He pulls out his revolver and checks his ammunition. 3 shots left. Better make them count. Indy peers past the wall and see’s Laura has hidden. Cautiously he moves behind a crate on the adjacent side from where Laura was. He waits, and a rope makes its way across Indy’s throat. Laura had sneaked behind Indy during the lull in the fire. Valiantly, Indiana fights the choke hold that he finds himself in, flipping Laura over his head and smashing her into a crate. Indy books it to the air plane. Laura follows.

Indy took the wrong tunnel and ended up on the other side of a waterfall’s edge. He takes his whip and latches onto a branch in the middle of the waterfall. Just as he is about to swing across to the other side, a bow staff hits him upside the head, knocking off his fedora and making him lose his grip on the bullwhip.

On the small ledge they found themselves on, Laura and Indy fight fist to fist. An uppercut sends Laura off Indy’s back and jones jumps in an attempt to grab his whip. An arrow catches onto Indy’s jacket, pulling him ever so slightly as to miss the whip. He falls off the water fall as Laura stands victorious.

“Now, off to find that old man with the artifact” thinks Laura to herself.

Epilogue:

Indy has floated downstream. He ends up on the beach about 200 meters from the water fall. His hat falls gracefully into his lap. He didn’t win today, doesn’t mean that he has to like it. Besides, Lao Che’ has a job for him in Shanghai that he needs to get to.
