a part of him. Now Clark, as his alter ego Superman, Fights a never ending battle
against the evil forces that tear down the moral value of our everyday life.

Energy brings his biology back to human levels, and magic has normal effects on
Superman.

weakness is his own compassion towards mankind.
Alias: Cletus Kasady
Base of Operations: New York/ New Jersey
Bio: already a sinister mass murderer, Cletus Kasady was
finally captured by police and sentenced to death. Things changed when he was
placed in the same cell as Eddie Brock, Known also as Venom. The Venom Symbiote
synthesized into a much more powerful and menacing offspring that attached to
Cletus. The two make the entity Carnage. Already such a dangerous man, now made
more so by his symbiote brother.
Powers: full sensory disguise and cloaking, a fully malleable
body that can harden and soften at will.
Weaknesses: heat and Sonics. As evolution would have it,
these weaknesses are a much less problem for carnage than they are for his
older generation counterpart Venom.
The Battle:
Cletus
Kasady was back in his S.H.I.E.L.D. issued cell. A lunatic gleam sparkled in
his eyes as he stared straight into the blank wall.
“They
think they’ve got us. Think we can’t get out. But we’ve figured it out. Haven’t
we? Yes. Yes we have figured it out. We can get out. We can fulfill what our
inept brothers left behind. What’s that? Rest easy. Carnage is here. Carnage is
coming….”
A shield
agent on his routine checkup walks past Cletus’ cell.
“What
is he doing?” thought the agent “he hasn’t eaten his food for days. Just keeps
staring at that wall.” The agent bangs on the plexi-glass shielding of the
cell.
“Hey! You
alright in there?” shouted the agent. There was no response. The agent looked
down at the door. Cletus hadn’t moved for a week. If he isn’t dead, it should
be safe to at least check. Right?
The door
opened. Cletus attacked. Carnage escaped.
Meanwhile,
back at the Daily Planet, Clark Kent, Lois Lane, and Jimmy Olsen. Co-workers and
colleagues by day, Friends by… day as well. Lois and Jimmy are discussing the final four. Clark
is busy typing away at his laptop next to the two.
“I’m telling
you Lois, Golden State has it this year. The Cavaliers don’t stand a chance. They
never have”
“Please
Jimmy, the starting lineup for the Cavaliers is perfect. Clark, You’ll take my
side, won’t you?”
Clark’s
head perks up to Lois and jimmy both staring him down. “Well, uh, I think both
of those teams have a good shot at the title Lois. What’s most important is
that both teams play at their peak and have fun. Right?”
Lois gave
her famous “oh really” stare at Clark. “You know Clark, you have to pick a side
in these kinds of things.”
Jimmy hops
back into the conversation “you know Lois, I’m kinda partial to your team
winning. In reality.”
“Well
duh jimmy”.
“If
your team wins the next game, Bibbo is giving out free tacos. I love me a taco.”
During the
remainder of Jimmy and Lois’ discussion, Clark was listening into the radio
playing on a computer across the room. The guy across the room like to listen
to crazy conspiracy news, yet this is one that Superman had heard of before. A monster
had just escaped a top secret government facility. He just attacked a local
diner on the coast of New York.
“Look,
here’s the bet Lois, if my team wins, you have to buy me and Clark tacos”.
“Fine
by me if Clark is in… Clark?” Clark had disappeared.
“I
wonder where he goes all the time”. Asked jimmy to himself.
Carnage roamed through the streets of New York, toppling
cars and smashing hot dog stands in his way. Carnage laughed maniacally as
screaming people started running towards any shelter that they could. A young
boy trips. Carnage can’t resist the opportunity to play with his food.
“Hey
there munchkin! Have you ever wondered what the inside of an alien looked like?”
a giant tactical springs out of Carnage’s body and latches onto the kid. The child
lets out a scream. “Looks like your about to find out kiddo!” just then, a
red-hot beam of heat sears the tentacle. The kid is whisked away in a blur of
blue and red. Mere seconds later, Superman was floating in front of Carnage.
“Ah,
Kryptonian? Yes. Yes you are Kryptonian. We know all about your race: proud,
smart, ultimately weak. The one thing we don’t know? What color is your alien
blood? How about we see for ourselves?” carnage lunges at Superman with his
claws out and ready to shear.
Carnage
moves fast, but Superman moves faster, dodging every blow. Carnage shoots
another tactical, this time at Superman. Superman grabs the extra appendage,
swinging carnage around, and throws him into a nearby Gasoline Truck. Carnage
stands up.
“Hmm,
strong one. Can’t hit what you can’t see!” carnage turns invisible.
Superman
searches the street, all his senses are at their peak but he can’t find
Carnage. That is, until a sharp claw streaks right across his face. More invisible
claws cut away at the Kryptonian. Superman has been in pinches like this
before. He spins, creating a tornado of red. A still cloaked Carnage smashes
into a wall. Superman looks around and finds the street abandoned. Flying up in
the air, Superman blows an icy gust of wind down on the ground, coating
everything on the block in a layer of ice. Below is an icicle that is Carnage.
“I knew
heat could get to you and excite your sybiote, I figured lack of heat could do
the same”. Explains Superman. At high speed, Superman Dives towards the
concrete, fist first, into the icicle symbiote. Cletus lay motionless, out
cold.
Winner: Superman
